Large banks struggle to feel local, and for some customers that is important. We made sure to add touches to the campaign that were familiar and beloved to people in Cincinnati—things like Fiona the hippo, wiener dog races, and cheese conies. (If you’re from Cincy, you know.) Combined with lighthearted humor, we were able to position First Financial as the friendly bank who is there for Cincinnati.
